Signature dish

Fujin's special dashi tea

Fujin's ochazuke is different from the broth! We use Makurazaki bonito flakes from Kagoshima Prefecture and Rishiri kelp from Hokkaido to create a special broth for ochazuke. The rice is crisp rather than sticky. The light-tasting Hinohikari rice absorbs the broth just right, and when you chew it, the delicious flavor fills your mouth! Please enjoy this exquisite ochazuke, which is made with the utmost care in ingredients and cooking methods.

The spacious, tatami-style sunken kotatsu seats are popular for their comfort, allowing you to stretch your legs and relax. They can also be used as semi-private rooms, making them perfect for small groups. The first floor is a floor with table seats and a counter. There are also semi-private rooms, making it perfect for a quick drink after work or a date.

Sake sourced from two long-established breweries

Nara, the capital of the Manyo period, is said to be the land of sake brewing. Umenoyado Sake Brewery, located at the foot of Mount Katsuragi, has been dedicated to Yamato local sake for over 120 years. And Imanishi Sake Brewery, the only remaining sake brewery in Miwa, the birthplace of sake brewing, has been brewing sake under the Mimorosugi brand for over 350 years. We offer carefully selected Junmai Ginjo and other sake from these two long-established breweries.
