[1. Clay pot] Clay pots have a high heat retention effect, and the uniform temperature ensures that the rice is cooked evenly and deliciously.[2. Hinohikari] This rice is grown with care by Mr. Tsujimura, a contract farmer with Fuujin, in the cool climate of the southern tip of Kyoto.[3. Somanokawa Farm Eggs] These eggs are grown on the Yamato Plateau and feature chewy yolks with a strong flavor. These eggs won the top prize at the Nara Prefecture Egg and Meat Competition.
Enjoy the blissful moment of the rich aroma and sweetness of the egg mixed with the aroma of freshly cooked rice. We recommend not mixing it too much before eating.
