Nara, the capital of the Manyo period, is said to be the land of sake brewing. Umenoyado Sake Brewery has been dedicated to Yamato local sake for over 120 years at the foot of Mount Katsuragi. And Imanishi Sake Brewery is the only sake brewery remaining in Miwa, the birthplace of sake brewing, and has been brewing sake under the Mimorosugi brand for over 350 years. We offer carefully selected sake such as Junmai Ginjo from long-established breweries.
