We purchase a designated cow from Kanai Livestock in Gojo City, Nara Prefecture, which is a rare female cow that has been carefully raised and has the best meat quality.

Yamato beef is especially high quality in red meat. Hyakuran's original dipping sauce, which is full of kelp extract, brings out the deliciousness of the fine, fine meat.

The marbled meat also has good fat quality, allowing you to enjoy its rich flavor to the fullest.
