Popular cuts of carefully selected Wagyu beef course from 5,500 yen

"Tsudoi" allows you to enjoy specially selected Wagyu beef at an affordable price of 5,300 yen (tax included).

We also offer a course with all-you-can-drink.

"Zuisho" (¥9,800) is a very satisfying course with carefully selected high-quality cuts and all-you-can-drink included. Enjoy a more luxurious yakiniku party than usual.

Domestic Japanese Black Beef

We purchase only the A4 rank beef that is best suited for yakiniku.

Among the Japanese Black beef, we carefully select A4 rank beef with a good balance of high-quality lean meat and marbling.
The lean meat has a chewy texture, allowing you to fully enjoy the meaty texture.
Our professional eyes select the wagyu beef that is best suited for yakiniku, such as loin with rich marbled meat and deep sweetness, and tongue with the distinctive tenderness that is unique to wagyu beef.

"Haneshita" is a rare cut of beef with only 2kg being obtained from one cow.
Our restaurant is particularly proud of the melt-in-the-mouth quality of our Haneshita.

While many yakiniku restaurants use woven wire mesh, our restaurant uses a thick cast iron net.
This allows the wagyu beef to be grilled more plumply and the meat does not stick to the grill as easily.

It is kept in a refrigerator at -2℃ for thorough storage. By using it shortly after purchase, we are able to prevent moisture from evaporating.
In addition, by coating the surface with sesame oil, it becomes possible to grill it so that it is crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside.

The grilled meat has a richer flavor when combined with vegetables. The grilled vegetables include fully ripe onions from Awaji, and the salad uses baby leaves from Ikuchi Island (Hiroshima Prefecture), which is located in the Seto Inland Sea.
