Among the Japanese Black beef, we carefully select A4 rank beef with a good balance of high-quality lean meat and marbling. For example, the lean meat has a springy texture that makes you feel like you are eating meat, the loin has a rich marbled meat and deep sweetness, and the tongue has the distinctive tenderness that is unique to Japanese beef. Our professional eyes select the wagyu beef that is best suited for yakiniku.
