"Yamato Beef" is a type of Japanese black beef that has been raised in a historically rich environment and a favorable climate, and has a soft texture and high-quality flavor. Momoshiki purchases its beef from Kanai Livestock, which has been raising Yamato Beef in Uda City for about 15 years. Please try Nara's brand beef "Yamato Beef", which has fine meat quality and sweet fat.

Made with Miyataki soy sauce from a long-established Yoshino brewery, Tsukigase's dried shiitake mushrooms and kelp, and carefully crafted with the aroma of bonito. It is no exaggeration to say that Japanese cuisine is determined by soy sauce. Momoshiki's sukiyaki is also packed with attention to the warishita.

We will treat you to local sake that can only be found in Nara, the birthplace of Japanese sake. "Mimurosugi Dry Junmai Tsuyuhafu Pasteurized" by Imanishi Sake Brewery is a product of the "Mimurosugi" brand that is distributed within Nara Prefecture. (Outside the prefecture, "Mimurosugi" is distributed.) We also have other carefully selected sakes available.
