奈良が大和と呼ばれていた700年前、鎌倉末期、良牛が描かれた「国牛十図」に、すでに大和牛の名の元に、良牛の産出国のひとつにあげられていました。現在、14軒の指定生産農家が奈良県内の恵まれた自然環境の中で、愛情を込めて飼育しています。ももしきでは、中でも、奈良市中尾牧場様よりA4ランクの雌牛を仕入れています。雌牛ならではのキメの細かい柔らかな肉質、風味の良さをぜひ一度、ご堪能ください。

Kotoka is Nara's finest strawberry. It is a strawberry with high sugar and acidity, and a rich flavor, so we have kept the sugar content as low as possible. It's like a strawberry shaved ice.
